We start from The Plaza de Armas founded in the nineteenth century, Casonas of the rubber era as the Ex Palace Hotel, Casa Morey, Casa Cohen, Iron House designed by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel.

 

 

 

Visit to the Museum Boat called "Ayapua", you will learn about the history of navigation in the Amazon during the rubber era, as well as ancient objects of great historical value for the Amazon region. The famous film called "Fitzcarraldo" based on the experiences will be exhibited of the famous rubber barons.

Visit the Museum of Amazonian Indigenous Cultures, in this exhibition you can see how the Amazon people and their culture inter-act with the animals, plants, forests, rivers and lakes in which they live. The ethnographic exhibits that are exhibited from feather arts, ceremonial objects, musical instruments, utensils used in hunting and fishing and much more, show a unique and varied set of indigenous cultures.

This museum shows the indigenous cultures of the entire Amazon basin. From the eastern groups of the Amazon of Brazil; from the Xingu river basin in the state of Pará, Brazil; the indigenous groups of the north of Amazonia by the Guianas; the indigenous groups of the central Amazonian part of Mato Grosso to the Negro River; the Indians in the three borders of Brazil, Peru and Colombia; the indigenous groups of Loreto in the Peruvian Amazon; the cultures of the jungle brow of the Andes; and the groups in the basins of the Ucayali, Pastaza and Marañón river

We will visit the Amazon Rescue Center, whose purpose is to develop rescue, rehabilitation and release programs for specimens of aquatic mammals ( Manaties _trichechus inunguis) and wildlife in danger of extinction. You can see the manaties whose young are caught alive and illegally marketed as pets at the same time you will see other species such   monkeys, paiche the largest fish in the Amazon. You will be able to feed the Manaties as you will also have the opportunity to give their baby bottles with milk to the Manaties.

Visit an acuarium to watch the piggest fresh water fish THE PAICHE (ARAPAIMA GIGAS).
